Fitness Programs For Seniors:

Did you know that individuals over the age of 55 can become a member and enjoy the benefits of the Springfield Township Senior & Community Arts Center? During weekdays, Tuesday-Friday, the center is buzzing with activity. Exercise classes are priced per class, up to $5. Membership at the center is currently just $10 for the remainder of the 2012 year and allows admission to Senior Member activities. To sign up for senior fitness programs, call 522-1154

In addition to being a place where seniors can socialize and volunteer, the Senior Center offers a variety of programs, including:
